I didn't get my sign-in code

Codes come from no-reply@teamroots.app and expire after 15 minutes. Check your spam or promotions folder, then ask for a new code.

How do I join my team?

Ask your coach or club for the team code for your role: coach, team manager, parent or player. Sign in, choose what you're signing up as, and enter the code. Parents then pick their child from the roster.

My child is under 13. Can they have a login?

Yes, set up through you. Sign in as the parent, tap your avatar and choose Set up a player login. Children under 13 can't join on their own.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, tap your avatar, open My account and choose Delete my account. Your login and your links to your teams are removed right away. To remove other information, such as your child's place on a roster, email us.
